Telegram test messages verify bot delivery immediately. Scheduled Telegram delivery is handled by Vercel Cron on the server starting at 7:30 AM Korea time (22:30 UTC on the previous day). Siri Shortcuts read-aloud is separate: iOS controls the spoken time and calls a plain-text endpoint.
On the current Vercel Hobby setup, notification time can be set between 07:30 and 07:55 KST.
Siri Shortcuts read-aloud
Telegram sends a readable backup message. Siri Shortcuts handles automatic spoken read-aloud at the time you choose in iOS, so Vercel Cron does not control the read-aloud time.
